About Us

Rockhill Management, L.L.C. (“Rockhill”), an affiliate of Rockpoint, is a dedicated property services management company that serves commercial and residential properties in select markets throughout the United States. Rockhill employs a responsive, tailored approach and the most current technologies to property and relationship management in order to deliver customized service, premium amenities, and intentional communities across Rockpoint’s portfolio. As of August 31, 2023, Rockhill provides property management, project management, and other services to properties representing approximately 35.4 million square feet of real estate in markets including the Austin, Greater Boston, New York, San Francisco Bay, South Florida, Southern California, and Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas.

Ani Ajemian
Counsel

Ani Ajemian serves as Counsel for Rockhill, focusing on all legal aspects of Rockhill’s leasing and property management activities. Ms. Ajemian is based in Rockhill’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2017, Ms. Ajemian worked at Goulston & Storrs, P.C. in the Real Estate Group for two years. Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, P.C., Ms. Ajemian worked at Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo for two years and Sherin and Lodgen, L.L.P for six years. Ms. Ajemian serves as Co-Chair of the Governmental Relations Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Ms. Ajemian received a B.A. from the University of Vermont and a J.D. from Suffolk University in Boston, and is a LEED accredited professional.

Erin Beitz
Senior Vice President

Erin Beitz is involved in Rockhill’s residential property services activities. Ms. Beitz is based in Rockhill’s New York office. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2021, Ms. Beitz worked at Carmel Partners for nine years, where she focused on acquisition, disposition, and asset management efforts for its East Coast markets. Prior to Carmel Partners, Ms. Beitz worked at Berkshire Group for eight years, where she focused on the acquisition of multifamily assets. Ms. Beitz received a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a certificate in Real Estate Finance from Boston University.

Zack Bernstein
Senior Vice President

Zack Bernstein is involved in Rockhill’s western United States asset management activities. Mr. Bernstein is based in Rockhill’s San Francisco office. Mr. Bernstein transitioned to Rockhill from Rockpoint Group, where he focused on Rockpoint’s western U.S. asset management initiatives, in February 2020. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2014, Mr. Bernstein worked at Wells Fargo in the Commercial Owned Real Estate Group for three years and previously at Wells Fargo Wealth Management in the Real Estate and Specialty Assets Group for three years. Mr. Bernstein received a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of California, Berkeley.

Phil Boccalatte
Vice President

Philip Boccalatte is involved in Rockhill’s property services activities. Mr. Boccalatte is based in Rockhill’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2015, Mr. Boccalatte worked at CB Richard Ellis – New England for 16 years, where he focused on property management. Mr. Boccalatte received a B.S. in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University. Mr. Boccalatte is a LEED accredited professional.

Mary Bolway
Vice President

Mary Bolway is involved in Rockhill’s marketing activities. Ms. Bolway is based in Rockhill’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2020, Ms. Bolway worked at W Hotels for 6 years, where she focused on marketing and public relations. Prior to joining W Hotels, Ms. Bolway worked at Randolph Engineering, Inc. for 7 years, where she led the company’s marketing efforts. Ms. Bolway attended Suffolk University and New England College of Business.

Marissa Brody
Vice President

Marissa Brody is involved in Rockhill’s project management services activities. Ms. Brody is based in Rockhill’s New York office. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2016, Ms. Brody worked at Tishman Construction for four years, where she focused on construction management. Prior to Tishman Construction, Ms. Brody worked at New Line Structures for five years, where she focused on construction management. Ms. Brody received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and an M.B.A. from the New York University Stern School of Business. Ms. Brody is a LEED accredited professional.

 

Eric Devaux
PropTech Administrator

Eric Devaux is involved in Rockhill’s Property Technology activities. Mr. Devaux is based in Rockhill’s Boston office. Mr. Devaux transitioned to Rockhill from Rockpoint Group, where he focused on Property Technology activities, in 2019. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2018, Mr. Devaux worked at CAPA the Global Education Network in the Operations department for two years. Prior to joining CAPA the Global Education Network, Mr. Devaux worked at Wells Fargo in the Technology Services department for two years.  Mr. Devaux received a B.A. in Politics from Bates College.

Jonathan Downing
Senior Project Manager

Jonathan Downing is involved in Rockhill’s western U.S. project management activities. Mr. Downing is based in Rockhill’s San Francisco office.  Prior to joining Rockhill in 2019, Mr. Downing served as a Project Manager for four years with BCCI Construction Company, where he focused on design and construction services for commercial properties. Prior to joining BCCI, Mr. Downing worked as a Project Manager at C.W. Driver Companies, W.A. Rasic Construction and Michael Caponigro Art & Design. Mr. Downing received a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University Long Beach, and earned the Diplôme in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena.

Marc Gille
Executive Vice President

Marc Gille is involved in Rockhill’s western U.S. property services activities. Mr. Gille is based in Rockhill’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2016, Mr. Gille worked at Embarcadero Capital Partners and Broadway Partners, where he focused on asset management activities for nine years. Prior to joining Broadway Partners, Mr. Gille worked at CAC Real Estate Management and PM Realty Group in the Property Management Groups for five years. Mr. Gille received a B.S. from Oregon State University and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley.

Andrei Gog
Senior Vice President

Andrei Gog is involved in Rockhill’s western U.S. property services activities. Mr. Gog is based in Rockhill’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2017, Mr. Gog worked at Grosvenor Americas in the Asset Management Group for four years. Prior to joining Grosvenor Americas, Mr. Gog worked at PGIM Real Estate Finance in the Real Estate Group for five years. Mr. Gog received a B.S. from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley.

Reggie Hanna
Senior Vice President

Reggie Hanna is involved in Rockhill’s western U.S. project management services activities. Mr. Hanna is based in Rockhill’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2017, Mr. Hanna worked at Hudson Pacific Properties as a Senior Project Manager for six years. Prior to joining Hudson Pacific Properties, Mr. Hanna worked as a Project Manager at JKL Construction Services­­­­, Skyline Construction, and Opus West. Mr. Hanna received a B.S. in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University.

Peter Hotz
Project Accountant

Peter Hotz is involved in Rockhill’s accounting activities. Mr. Hotz is based in Rockhill’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2021, Mr. Hotz worked at Unispace of North America for three years, where he focused on construction accounting activities. Mr. Hotz received a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University.

Brian Howe
Executive Vice President

Brian Howe is involved in Rockhill’s eastern U.S. project management services activities. Mr. Howe is based in Rockhill’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2015, Mr. Howe worked at NB Development Group in the Development and Construction Group for four years. Prior to joining NB Development Group, Mr. Howe worked at Skanska USA Building Company and BioMed Realty Trust. Mr. Howe received a B.S. in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Mr. Howe is a Licensed Builder in the City of Boston and in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Christine Mann
Vice President

Christine Mann is involved in Rockhill’s property services activities. Mann is based in Rockhill’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2021, Ms. Mann worked at Paramount Group, Inc. for eight years, where she focused on overseeing their San Francisco assets. Prior to joining Paramount Group, Ms. Mann worked at Boston Properties in the Property Management Group for four years. Ms. Mann received a B.A. in Communication Arts from De La Salle University. Ms. Mann is a LEED accredited professional.

Larry Monuteaux
Vice President

Larry Monuteaux is involved in Rockhill’s Property Technology activities. Mr. Monuteaux is based in Rockhill’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2019, Mr. Monuteaux worked at Continuum Managed Services as a Principal Systems Engineer and IT Manager for four years, Harvard Management Company as a Senior Systems Engineer for four years, and Boston Properties as a Network Services Engineer for six years. Mr. Monuteaux received a B.A. in English and Secondary Education from University of Massachusetts and an M.S in Computer Information Systems from Boston University.

Liz Morency
Assistant Controller

Liz Morency is involved in Rockhill’s accounting activities. Ms. Morency is based in Rockhill’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2019, Ms. Morency worked at the Mount Vernon Company for nine years, where she focused on Accounting and Human Resources. Ms. Morency received a B.A. in Psychology and Finance from Simmons College and an M.B.A from Salem State University.

Jamie Nicholson
Executive Vice President

Jamie Nicholson is involved in Rockhill’s eastern U.S. property services activities. Mr. Nicholson is based in Rockhill’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2018, Mr. Nicholson worked at Normandy Real Estate Partners in the Investments Group for four years. Prior to joining Normandy, Mr. Nicholson worked at Hines Interests in the New York office for one year and at The JBG Companies, now JBG Smith, in the Acquisitions Group for five years. Mr. Nicholson received a B.A. in Economics and Geography from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Jessica Samo
Vice President

Jessica Samo is involved in Rockhill’s sustainability and property services activities. Ms. Samo is based in Miami. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2017, Ms. Samo worked at Tishman Speyer for three years, where she focused on property operations and redevelopment projects. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Ms. Samo worked at JLL for 11 years where she focused on acquisitions, development, and asset management activities for multiple ownership groups. Ms. Samo received a B.B.A. in Finance from Florida International University and an Executive M.B.A. from Florida International University’s Chapman Graduate School of Business. Ms. Samo is a licensed real estate professional and a LEED accredited professional.

Cameron Spofford
Vice President

Cameron Spofford is involved in Rockhill’s eastern U.S. property services activities. Mr. Spofford is based in Rockpoint’s Boston office. Spofford transitioned to Rockhill from Rockpoint Group, where he focused on Rockpoint’s investor relations activities, in 2019. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2016, Mr. Spofford worked at Cambridge Associates in the Performance Reporting Group for two years. Mr. Spofford received a B.S. in Business Management from Babson College.

John Stonestreet
Executive Vice President

John Stonestreet is involved in Rockhill’s eastern U.S. property services activities. Mr. Stonestreet is based in Rockhill’s Boston office. Mr. Stonestreet transitioned to Rockhill from Rockpoint Group, where he focused on Rockpoint’s eastern U.S. asset management initiatives, in 2015. Prior to joining Rockpoint in 2004, Mr. Stonestreet worked at Hines Interests Limited Partnership for nine years, where he focused on acquisition, development and asset management activities. Mr. Stonestreet received an A.B. from Bowdoin College and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth.

Eric Wilson
Vice President

Eric Wilson is involved in Rockhill’s property services activities in Florida. Mr. Wilson is based in Rockhill’s Boston office. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2016, Mr. Wilson worked at Dacra Development for three years, where he focused on the redevelopment of the Miami Design District. Prior to joining Dacra Development, Mr. Wilson worked at Pavarini Construction as a Project Executive for three years. Prior to joining Pavarini Construction, Mr. Wilson worked at Clark Construction for five years. Mr. Wilson studied at West Virginia University and holds a General Contractor license in Florida.
