In-house Management

At Rockhill, we hold ourselves accountable to our tenants and our buildings. Our in-house property and construction management specialists are industry veterans who have cultivated deep relationships with brokers, vendors, and tenants. These established relationships, coupled with our on-the-ground market knowledge, allow us to develop and maintain premier buildings while delivering the highest standard of services to our tenants.

Purposeful Communities

Rockhill believes that fostering purposeful communities within its properties and submarkets meaningfully enhances the tenant experience. For this reason, Rockhill proudly partners with local organizations to offer tenants the opportunity to participate in community outreach events, donation drives, “lunch and learn” programs, and other special events.

Space Optimization

With every property, Rockhill’s project management and construction services team reimagines and optimizes each square foot in the building to provide the best experience for our tenants. From lobby renovations to new building amenities, and spec suites to empty shell build-outs, we focus on making the most of common areas and tenant space through creative planning and meticulous, hands-on project and construction management. Where appropriate, we will transform building entrances, lobbies, and communal spaces to elevate the tenant experience. In addition, our qualified team can assist tenants with the most minor renovation to more complex modernization projects. Rockhill’s construction management team provides tenants with thoughtful guidance and oversight of the planning process, with expertise in building code regulations, timeline and budget planning, as well as architectural coordination and finish selection.

Rockhill’s reputation for excellence as a property-level service provider is driven by the rigor, caliber, and collective experience of its team. Rockhill’s senior management team averages 20 years of experience in managing building operations and developing relationships with the industry’s most capable engineering and facilities management vendors. Rockhill’s expertise and deep-rooted relationships help to ensure that our tenants can enjoy clean, safe, and well-maintained work environments.


Rockhill believes that intelligently applying sustainable principles can play an important role in enhancing property values and the tenant experience while supporting responsible efforts in sustainability. As such, Rockhill is committed to incorporating sustainability initiatives as appropriate in each Rockhill-managed building, including best practices in energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, and air quality. Rockhill is proud that all our office properties are currently Energy Star benchmarked and are LEED certified, in progress, or under evaluation for potential LEED certification.

Rockhill has tracked energy performance at individual properties since 2017, and has specifically tracked GRESB portfolio metrics (i.e., energy, water, waste, and greenhouse gas emissions) since becoming a GRESB member in 2019. Rockhill has been recognized by GRESB for exceptional performance in environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and governance (ESG), and received a Green Star designation in 2021. Our office portfolio is also benchmarked in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager for accurate reporting metrics beyond energy, water, and waste.
