Ani Ajemian is based in Boston and serves as Counsel for Rockhill, focusing on all legal aspects of the company’s leasing and property management activities. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2017, Ani was an attorney in Goulston & Storrs’ Real Estate Group for two years. Prior to that, she worked at Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo for two years and Sherin and Lodgen, L.L.P for six years. Ani serves as Co-Chair of the Governmental Relations Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and is a LEED Accredited Professional. She received a B.A. from the University of Vermont and a J.D. from Suffolk University in Boston.

Kim Baker

Senior Vice President, Senior Counsel

Kim Baker is based in San Francisco and serves as Counsel for Rockhill, focusing on legal aspects of Rockhill’s leasing and property management activities. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2023, Kim was Managing Counsel in the Real Estate Group at Tesla, Inc. She previously held a variety of legal roles with a focus on real estate, including as a Vice President at GLP. Ms. Baker received a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Erin Beitz

Executive Vice President

Erin Beitz is based in New York and oversees Rockhill’s residential property services activities. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2021, Erin worked at Carmel Partners for nine years, where she focused on acquisition, disposition, and asset management efforts for its East Coast markets. She previously worked at Berkshire Group for eight years, where she focused on the acquisition of multifamily assets. Erin received a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a certificate in Real Estate Finance from Boston University.

Zack Bernstein

Executive Vice President

Zack Bernstein is based in San Francisco and is involved in Rockhill’s western U.S. property services activities. After joining Rockpoint in 2014, he transitioned to Rockhill in February 2020. While at Rockpoint, he focused on western U.S. asset management initiatives. Zack previously worked at Wells Fargo in the Commercial Owned Real Estate Group and at Wells Fargo Wealth Management in the Real Estate and Specialty Assets Group. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of California, Berkeley.

Phil Boccalatte

Phil Boccalatte is based in Boston and is involved in Rockhill’s property services activities for the firm’s industrial assets. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2015, Phil worked at CB Richard Ellis – New England for 16 years, where he focused on property management. He received a B.S. in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Mary Bolway

Mary Bolway is based in Boston and is involved in Rockhill’s marketing activities. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2020, Mary worked in marketing and public relations at W Hotels for six years. She previously worked at Randolph Engineering, Inc. for seven years, where she led the company’s marketing efforts. Mary attended Suffolk University and New England College of Business.

Marissa Brody

Vice President

Marissa Brody is based in New York and is involved in Rockhill’s development and construction activities in New York and New Jersey, guiding day-to-day project execution and advancing the firm’s development and construction procedures. Prior to Rockhill in 2016, Marissa spent five years at New Line Structures in New York City, focusing on construction management for large-scale urban projects. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Tishman Construction, where she contributed to the redevelopment of the World Trade Center complex. Marissa received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and an M.B.A. from the New York University Stern School of Business. She is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Sam Brown

Assistant Controller

Sam Brown is based in Boston and is involved in Rockhill’s accounting activities. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2022, Sam worked at Marcum LLP as a Senior Tax Associate and previously worked at EY for two years, most recently as a Senior Tax Associate. He received a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Clemson University and is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Cole Brunelli

Cole Brunelli is based in San Francisco and is involved in Rockhill’s residential and office property services activities. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2025, Cole worked at Stanford University, where he focused on investment activities. Mr. Brunelli received a B.S. in Economics and Real Estate Finance from Santa Clara University.

Brian Collins

Chief Accounting Officer

Brian Collins is based in Boston and is involved in Rockhill’s accounting activities. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2022, Brian worked at CFGI for four years, where he provided financial services for private equity real estate clients. Prior to CFGI, he held roles at Akelius Residential and Alcion Ventures. Brian received a B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting from Babson College. He is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Eric Devaux

Eric Devaux is based in Boston and is involved in Rockhill’s Property Technology activities. Eric originally joined Rockpoint in 2018 where he focused on property technology activities, and transitioned to the Rockhill team in 2019. He previously worked at CAPA, the Global Education Network, in the operations department for two years and at Wells Fargo in the technology services department for two years. Mr. Devaux received a B.A. in Politics from Bates College.

Jonathan Downing

Jonathan Downing is based in San Francisco, where he is involved in the firm’s western U.S. development and construction activities. Before joining Rockhill in 2019, he worked in development and construction for more than 10 years, in roles at BCCI Construction Company, C.W. Driver Companies, W.A. Rasic Construction, and Michael Caponigro Art & Design. He received a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach and the Diplôme in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena.

Cemal Elibuyuk is based in Northern Virginia and is involved in Rockhill’s property services activities. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2017, Cemal worked at Cushman and Wakefield for 10 years. He received a B.B.A. from Devry University and an M.B.A. from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Marc Gille

Prior to joining Rockhill in 2016, Marc focused on asset management activities at both Embarcadero Capital Partners and Broadway Partners. Earlier in his career, he worked in the property management groups at CAC Real Estate Management and PM Realty Group. Sam Hallman

Sam Hallman is based in San Francisco and is involved in Rockhill’s leasing and property management legal activities. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2022, Sam worked at Pennington LLP, where he focused on commercial real estate legal work. He previously spent 19 years working in a variety of legal roles with a focus on real estate, most recently at GLP, Unico Properties, and Equity Office Properties. Sam received a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Alaska Anchorage.

Reggie Hanna

Reggie Hanna is based in San Francisco and is involved in Rockhill’s western U.S. construction and development activities. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2017, Reggie worked at Hudson Pacific Properties as a Senior Project Manager for six years. He also previously worked as a Project Manager at JKL Construction Services, Skyline Construction, and Opus West. Mr. Hanna received a B.S. in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University.

Michael Harrison is based in Boston and is involved in Rockhill’s accounting activities. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2022, Michael worked at Boston Properties for 20 years, where he focused on accounting activities for the company’s assets in the Boston region. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Brian Howe

Executive Vice President

Brian Howe is based in Boston and oversees Rockhill’s ground-up development and construction projects. After joining Rockhill at its inception, Brian has led the creation firm’s development and construction platform. Prior to Rockhill, he served as Senior Director at NB Development Group, where he shared executive responsibility for Boston Landing and the New Balance World Headquarters. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Skanska USA Building Company and BioMed Realty Trust, overseeing the Center for Life Sciences and 850 East Kendall Square projects in Boston. Brian holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and is a Licensed Builder in the City of Boston and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as well as a LEED Accredited Professional.

Lauren Johnson

Senior Marketplace Manager

Lauren Johnson is based in Boston and oversees the day-to-day operations of High Street Place Food Hall, a 20-vendor food hall. She joined Rockhill in May 2019 and was previously a marketing and events project manager, helping launch several Boston-based start-ups, including Drync, Paint Nite and TVision Insights. She currently serves on the board of the Downtown Boston Alliance, contributing to the growth, community, and vitality of Boston’s Downtown. Lauren received a Bachelor of Arts from Siena College and was an AmeriCorps VISTA.

Sarah Keefer

Sarah Keefer is based in Los Angeles and is a property manager for Rockhill’s commercial properties in that market. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2020, Sarah worked at the Ratkovich Company. She received a B.A. in Business Management from Colorado State University and holds the Accredited Commercial Manager and Certified Property Manager designations from IREM.

Frank Kenefick

Vice President

Frank Kenefick is based in Boston and is involved in Rockhill’s residential property services activities. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2021, Frank worked at Manulife Investment Management for eight years, where he focused on portfolio management for a core-plus real estate fund. Mr. Kenefick received a B.S. from Elon University and is a CFA® charter holder.

Wilton Lee

Wilton Lee is based in San Francisco and is involved in Rockhill’s property technology activities. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2022, Wilton worked in network and security engineering at Montgomery Technologies and previously worked in IT engineering at Hewlett Packard Enterprises. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and an M.S. in Computer Information Security from the University of San Francisco.

Eric Lemont

Olivia Lombardozzi is based in Boston and is involved in Rockhill’s residential and office property services activities. She joined Rockhill in 2025 after nearly three years with Rockpoint where she focused on acquisitions and asset management for three years. Prior to joining Rockpoint she worked at Citizens Commercial Banking. Olivia received a B.S. in Real Estate from New York University.

William MacInnes

William MacInnes is based in Boston and is involved in Rockhill’s eastern U.S. engineering services activities. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2018, Bill worked at Boston Properties, Inc. for six years as the Director of Engineering for The Prudential Center in Boston’s Back Bay. He previously worked in operations and engineering roles at JLL, Able Engineering Services and UG-2.

Greg Maher

Controller

Greg Maher is based in Boston and is involved in Rockhill’s accounting activities. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2023, Greg worked at AEW Capital Management, where he focused on private equity finance. Prior to AEW Capital Management, he worked at Beacon Capital Partners for three years and Boston Properties for 11 years. He received an M.S. in Accounting from Suffolk University.

Aren Marfey

Aren Marfey is based in Boston and is involved in Rockhill’s accounting activities. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2023, Aren was a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG. Mr. Marfey received a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Elon University.

Paige Matthews

Vice President

Paige Matthews is based in Boston and is involved in Rockhill’s industrial development and construction activities across East Coast and Midwest markets. Prior to Rockhill in 2022, she spent 11 years with Skanska USA Building, where she led teams on major ground-up mixed-use, healthcare, and K–12 school developments. Paige holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Jacob Miller

Jacob Miller is based in Boston and is involved in Rockhill’s accounting activities. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2024, Jacob worked at King Street Capital for two years, where he focused on the firm’s derivatives trading activity, and at Harbourvest Partners for two years. Mr. Miller received a B.A. from Saint Anselm College.

Anthony Mojica

Anthony Mojica oversees property management operations for properties in New York. Anthony has been active in the industry since 2017 and prior to joining Rockhill held roles in commercial property and facilities management across Manhattan. Carolina Ramos is based in New York and is involved in Rockhill’s property management and construction services in New York. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2019, Carolina worked for Standard Industries overseeing the Commercial Real Estate portfolio. She previously managed a commercial office portfolio for CBRE. Ronny Sachtjen is based in California and is involved in Rockhill’s commercial property management activities. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2021, Ronny worked a Tenant Coordinator at Union Property Capital, where he assisted in the management of commercial properties in San Francisco and the North Bay Area. Jessica Samo is based in Florida and is involved in Rockhill’s sustainability and property services activities. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2017, Jessica worked at Tishman Speyer for three years, where she focused on property operations and redevelopment projects. She previously worked at JLL for 11 years where she focused on acquisitions, development, and asset management activities for multiple ownership groups. She received a B.B.A. in Finance from Florida International University and an Executive M.B.A. from Florida International University’s Chapman Graduate School of Business. She is also a licensed real estate professional and a LEED accredited professional.

Arda Sembiring is based in New York and is involved in Rockhill’s property and facilities operations in that market. Prior to joining Rockhill, she spent four years with Ben Hur Investments and previously worked at Tal Sol Energy in Israel.

Neda joined Rockhill in 2017 and has worked on a majority of the Boston commercial assets during her tenure. Prior to joining Rockhill, she was with CBRE. Marc Tannen

Marc Tannen is based in New York where he is involved in property management for Rockhill’s New York commercial assets. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2020, he managed several Midtown Manhattan properties for Cushman & Wakefield, including 1776 Broadway, 300 East 42nd Street, and One Madison Avenue. Marc holds a BSc from the London School of Economics.

Jennifer Twombly

General Manager, Vice President

Jennifer (Jenn) is based in Boston and is involved in Rockhill’s property management and construction management activities for Rockhill’s Boston commercial assets. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2017, Jennifer worked at CBRE for more than eight years supporting a variety of asset classes including industrial properties, medical office buildings, and class A commercial properties. Jenn received a B.A. in Management from Bentley University and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Kenneth Vennard

Property Manager

Kenneth Vennard is based in Boston and is involved in Rockhill’s property management services. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2022, Kenneth spent more than 14 years in privately held multifamily residential and commercial management, including a director role with Mount Vernon Company and an assistant director role at The Hamilton Company.

Tyler Wetzel

Tyler Wetzel is based in Boston and is involved in Rockhill’s residential property services activities. Tyler originally joined Rockpoint’s investor relations team in 2021 and moved to the Rockhill team in 2024. He received a B.A. in Economics from Boston College.

Eric Wilson

Eric Wilson is based in Boston and is involved in Rockhill’s property services and construction and development activities in Florida. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2016, Eric worked at Dacra Development for three years, where he focused on the redevelopment of the Miami Design District. Previously, he worked at Pavarini Construction as a Project Executive for three years and at Clark Construction for five years. Mr. Wilson studied at West Virginia University and holds a General Contractor license in Florida.

Claudia Zovich

Claudia Zovich is based in Boston and is involved in Rockhill’s accounting activities. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2024, Claudia worked at KPMG as a Senior Audit Associate. She received a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Providence College.
